This home was built for people who like the very best of the best. It begins with beautiful views on a point lot in the gated Sugar Hill community located on the southern end of Keowee. It is in close proximity to shops and restaurants in Seneca and a 20-25 minute drive to Clemson. The house is 4000 square feet, but feels cozy, modern and simply amazing. It was completed in August 2018 and has all of the best luxury finishes, from Bastone Lagone wide plank floors, to Thermador appliances, to Serena and Lilly sheets. No detail was spared, including a nugget ice maker, Lynx grill, Sony 4K TVs, Sonos music system, and the list goes on and on. You simply will not find anything like this on the lake. The home was designed for a large family or two couples and kids. There are two kings, one queen and one full bed upstairs. There are two full bunk beds in the basement along with an 85" TV, pool table and ping pong table. Enjoy the outdoors on the screened in porch with a large retractable door to the kitchen or eat outside on the patio.
