We are STEPS FROM BOURBON ST situated in a very safe building with locked entry. Spacious apartment, Nola themed décor, fully outfitted, just bring groceries and beverages! COMFORTABLY sleeps (4) adults: king bed; queen sofa bed. Will accommodate (5) if you use the twin daybed.
THE APARTMENT HAS EVERYTHING you'll need for your stay: the usual appliances; dining area w/ seating for 6; living room with a queen size sofa bed, flat screen TV; bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV; high speed wireless internet access provided.
KITCHEN INCLUDES: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, Keurig and a water cooler! We have an electric can opener, blender and a toaster as well. And a pizza pan!

Our home and BUILDING is a NON-SMOKING/NON-VAPING/NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS/NO PETS property; you may smoke/vape on the 4th floor/rooftop area. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.
As this is our home the above mentioned are NON-NEGOTIABLE. We also have a CAPACITY LIMIT of 5 guests (if you're 6th is under 18, ask us). Offenders will be asked to leave immediately, without refund, and may result in an additional cleaning fee.

WE RECOMMEND purchasing TRAVELER'S INSURANCE if you visit Nola during hurricane season. Vrbo will not cover you. We only provide a refund if there's a mandatory evacuation. Traveler's insurance covers the rest.
LOCATION:
You'll find we are within walking distance to world-renowned restaurants, parade routes, Bourbon St Jackson Square, the French Market, the river front - and 2 blocks over from the streetcar lines.
In addition we are a short cab ride (or longer walk) to The Arena, The Convention Center and Caesar's Dome - although most folks choose to walk to the 'Super Dome' for games.
OUR GUESTS frequently stop back home during the day due to our central location, providing a convenient respite before heading back out!

We have parking available. Our fee is approx. $10-12/day, please ask me for details. The garage is next door, staffed 24/7, well lit. PLEASE NOTE: (1) vehicle, max 7'-0" entrance height, no duallys or oversized vehicles. You'll self-park, have unlimited in and out in any non-reserved legal space, level 3 or higher.
