Little Wing Farms is one of the most breathtaking and peaceful settings "up north." It is the perfect place to fit the extended family (grandma, sibs and kids) to relax in the Leelanau area. Setting on 120 acres is a five bedroom, 3 1/2 bath farmhouse with wrap around porch with loads of seating. The house is beautifully decorated with 100% new furniture (full remodel in 2019) in every room. It was only rented for three weeks in '20 and '21 and will only be available for four or five weeks in '22. The view is unmatched and there are plenty of wide open spaces for the kids to play and parents to hike. Or just sit on the porch and admire the vast number of birds flying through the fields and in and out the barns.
The property has WIFI and an amazing Sonos sound system both in the house and on the porch. There is a new TV with DirecTV in the living room. Also included is a cornhole game and Weber charcoal grill. Think morning coffee/wifi on the porch or in the kitchen sitting area, the day in Glen Arbor or Leland, then early evening cocktails, cornhole and BBQ all set to your favorite playlist.
The property is 7 minutes to Glen Arbor, 10 minutes to Leland and 2 minutes to a swim in beautiful Good Harbor Bay.
Important Note: For safety reasons, renters are not allowed in the barn or outbuildings. Also, as this is a working farm, owner may be on site to cut the lawn from time to time.
