β’ Due to fire regulations, grilling is prohibited in the unit or on the balcony. A violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. There are, for your convenience two grills located in the south parking lot.
β’ Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
β’ A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
β’ SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine. In addition to the fine, there will be a charge for any cleaning costs
β’ NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
β’ Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
