Brand new deck includes a motorized RETRACTABLE AWNING, gas grill, 84" rectangular outdoor dining table with umbrella and plenty of seating for everyone. Outdoor coach and hammock add more spots to relax in the sun or shade. You'll feel the cool ocean breeze while hearing the waves crash.
House sleeps 12 (3 Kings and 3 Queens - all new/comfortable mattresses bought over the past couple of years) with ceiling fans in each bedroom. Central Air downstairs and mini-splits in each bedroom upstairs. There are 3 full baths and an outdoor shower. Kitchen equipped with large sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and everything else you need (lobster pots, pans, plates and utensils).
There's a 50" smart TV in the living room as well as a smart TV in each of the 4 downstairs bedrooms. Great spots for the kids to settle in and relax after a long day at the beach. Wireless internet throughout.
