Pool can be heated upon request. Must be requested in advance (24 hrs ahead of time) and will need to stay on for the entire duration of your stay; it can’t be turned on for only a certain number of days. Due to high gas usage, it’s $100/day to heat the pool.
***Do not touch pool equipment for any reason! Pool temperature maximum is 85 degrees. No Parties or Events without any exception. We will know. We have noise monitoring devices on the outside of the property.
Bath towels are for bathroom use only. Any stained towels will be subject to an $8 fee.
No Smoking inside the property or you will be fined $500 for cleaning fees.
This house is in a residential area. Quiet Hours are after 10PM. We will give you a warning if it's passed the acceptable decibel levels after 10PM. Then you will be fined $250 for the next violation. If you continue to break the rules, we will be forced to cancel your reservation without any refund .
