This south facing condo is full of light. Large covered private deck can be used year-round. Walk right out to the lakefront. Ski locker outside the front door. Easy walk to the new hot tub!

In the summer take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater. On the Summit County Recreation/Bike path that goes all around the lake and to every town and resort. A wonderful central location. Near Dillon Beach which has SUP and kayak rentals.
