Spacious three bedroom home, one full and one half bath ranch on quiet street in the Pier area. This home offers all accommodations on one-level. This home features a large deck with outdoor furniture and grill, perfect for enjoying fresh New England seafood. The home is an easy walk to Boon Street, home to the famous Crazy Burger restaurant. Boon Street also has a playground and basketball courts.
Narragansett Town Beach, the sea wall, shopping and more restaurants are all a quick walk or bike ride away!
Please note during the summer season late June - Labor Day his rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge.
