The Space:
BED & BATH
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, dresser, night stand tables, flat screen TV with cable access. The Bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is also equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience.
LIVING AREA
Enjoy the open floor plan featuring a futon couch, coffee table, end tables, lots of lighting, bar cart, Flat Screen TV with cable access, and entrance to private balcony.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen is appointed with everything you need to create delicious meals. When it's time to dine, the dining table accommodates four and the counter bar with bar stools accommodates 2.
BALCONY
Sip your morning coffee on the balcony, while enjoying that amazing sunrise or stunning sunsets, complete with seating for two.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.
Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!!

******* Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Guest Access:
- GUEST have FULL access to the condo.
- Keypad Entry - for convenient self check-in.
- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.
- 2 Parking Spaces are allowed for this unit. Parking is onsite outside the unit.
- Motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are permitted, however they MUST be parked in the designated parking zone, about a 2 minute walk from the unit.
- The Pool Pass Card will be located in the condo upon your arrival. Please make sure you place it on the counter upon your departure to avoid being charged $150.00 to replace it per the HOA.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.
- Smoking: NO SMOKING is allowed inside the condo of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.
- Pets: NO PETS are allowed in the resort; this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.
- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will also result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY OWNED CONDO, we ask that you PLEASE treat it as you would your own home.
Renter acknowledges that there is ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed on or in the property, bringing in pets, throwing parties, or causing a disturbance to the Resort or other Guests.
Pool Pass Card Replacement- You will be charged $150.00 to replace the pool pass if it is lost, misplaced or taken with you upon departure. Please make sure you leave it on the counter upon your departure.
Trash & Dishes must be taken care of on departure. An extra charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care before your departure!!

If you violate the Rules you will forfeit the damage deposit in its entirety, and you will be removed from the property with ZERO REFUNDS!!!!
Absolutely NO Early Check-In unless prior permission is given & subject to additional charges. We must allow time to prepare the property in between our Guest.
Please respect quite hours. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 9:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be Respectful of all Neighbors & The Property Rules!!
Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
