Spacious 5 bedroom 3 bath 1,672 sqft Key Largo home. Sits on 0.34 acre lot with 125ft concrete dock. Tiki hunt with surround speakers,lights and billiard table. Above ground pool with sun shade and plenty of open lounge space. Two motorized retractable awnings which covers virtually the entire patio. State of the art mosquito repellent system provided by SWAT, which cover and surround the entire property. Large kitchen and living area comfortable for up to 10 adults. 4 independent spacious rooms all with smartTv and amazon prime sticks. 5th bed is located in a loft area, sleeps two. 2 large bathrooms one on the third and second floor one which includes a tub. Half bath down stairs near pool area. Paradise by the Sea is located near many great restaurants and bars and just near John Pennekamp Satet Park. This is the first time renting this home, that is why there are little reviews. This is our second home please treat this as if it was yours.
