Our condo has recently been updated with fresh paint throughout the whole unit and has sleeping accommodations for 6 in a truly unbeatable location! As you enter, you will be greeted by the gorgeous master bedroom to your right. Decorated with soft, coastal colors, you will love relaxing here! Enjoy a comfortable king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a combo tub/shower, and a flat-screen TV. Further down the hall, you will find the twin-over-twin bunk beds that your kiddo's will love! There is another full bathroom for easy access for all guests in the hallway.
Enjoy jaw-dropping Gulf views throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen! These are the absolute BEST views to wake up to each morning. The kitchen has been updated with a new stainless steel kitchen appliance package installed in August 2023 and has been stocked with the basics so you can prepare your favorite meals. The HOA plans to paint all south-side balconies during late Fall through Spring 2026. Our stack is projected for the month of November and December. This schedule may change due to weather or other factors. During this period, you might notice workers and construction materials on site, possible amenity or balcony closures, and possible limited balcony views. We've applied a construction discount to these dates, so no additional discounts will be offered after booking or at check-in. GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
Other Things To Note:
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
⭐Wi-Fi signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐2 parking passes will be provided and found in the unit upon your arrival. The parking garage is located on the north side of Front Beach Road. Use the sky bridge to enter the resort on the beachside.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included. Rentals are available through FunPCB. They also offer banana boat and jet ski rentals! Please inquire for more details after bookings.
POOLS
⭐ There are two pools (one heated - seasonally) with large sunning decks. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use the hot tub amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK!
GRILL
⭐ Grills are not allowed on the balcony. The resort has a wonderful community grills.
SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras throughout the community. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
ELEVATORS
⭐ Elevator wait times may vary and increase during the peak summer season. But hey, that just means there are more people enjoying the beach too! Please be patient and understanding, and don't let it dampen your amazing time at the beach! Please know that WE are NOT affiliated with the Emerald Beach Resort staff and their policies.
BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park. Our Destin properties, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
