This event center venue and vacation rental is located in a beautiful country setting on an acre of land which provides plenty of room for parking (vehicles, boats, snowmobiles, side x sides, camper, etc. ) Formerly a church the original structure was built in 1896 by the congregation and pastor and is similar to the style of the school house as shown on Little House on the Prairie, in fact Pepin is the birthplace of Laura Ingalls Wilder. The most recent addition was added in the 2020's. Pepin is a destination wedding area with the beautiful winery, Villa Belize and Hidden Meadows. This venue compliments both wedding venues with a place for multiple people to stay and even host the rehearsal dinner. The entire building has been beautifully updated as well as featuring an outdoor patio, ramp with small deck and even a pergola in the spacious backyard. The large serving kitchen is equipped with many warming pans and serving dishes. The upper level can seat approximately 80 people at furnished round tables & chairs, overflow seating is available on the lower level for up to 40 more. There is some media equipment and internet provided as well. Each of the two rooms in the lower level have a cabinet style murphy bed and there is also a full sized bed futon. If more sleeping is desired there is room for camp cots (6 furnished) and air mattresses (4 furnished). The upper level restroom is handicapped accessible & a baby changing table. The lower level 2 bathrooms have showers. This level also has a smaller kitchen and washer & dryer.
