Welcome to 23 Carolina Street, one of Dewey Beach’s beautiful Beach Block homes capturing the charm of classic coastal beach living.
This beautiful home is located on the ocean block of Carolina Street. Early morning walks on the beach, a full day of sand and surf or a quiet evening watching the sunset are only 3 minutes away!
A spacious 18 x 22 ft. screened porch is great for entertaining with large seating & dining area. Five-bedrooms, three full and one 1/2 bath and additional indoor living /dining area with 12-foot vaulted ceilings, stunning hardwood floors.
We do allow up to two dogs for your stay. Pricing is $275 for one dog for one week, $550 for two dogs for one week.
Work is in progress for our NEW POOL to add to your wonderful stay on Carolina Street! We will update the listing with photos as work progresses. Update 12/31/25--new pool picture added showing hardscaping started. Should be ready for water within a couple of weeks. We will add photos periodically with updated progress!
Pool heat is available during the cooler months. $150 charge will be added to your reservation.
Also outside enjoy a beautiful patio w/dining, sitting area and firepit or the back deck with an outdoor shower.
