Absolutely stunning from top-to-bottom, this 1800 square foot ski-in/ski-out Arrowleaf condo is nestled along the Silver Strike Express lift providing direct access to some of the most sought-after terrain at Deer Valley Resort! As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by the tastefully updated interior that boasts an updated design complete with reclaimed hardwood floors, a custom stone fireplace, comfortable furnishings in the large living area to kick back on after a full day of adventure, and a private balcony overlooking the Silver Buck Ski Run.
When everyone works up an appetite, the chef of the group will be in paradise with the gourmet kitchen complete a SubZero refrigerator and wine cooler, a Wolf range, a dishwasher, microwave, high-end finishes, and an island bar that offers seating for five people! When it comes to gathering for meals or entertaining the whole gang, the living room comfortably seats six to eight people and includes a gas fireplace, large HDTV with surround sound, and access to the balcony. The dining room features a large dining table with built-in seating that can comfortably accommodate eight people. Other great features of the home include abundant natural light, automatic window shades throughout the space, high-speed WiFi, three electronic thermostats, a full-size stackable washer and dryer, and a gas grill on the balcony. If you really want to slip into relaxation mode, be sure to take advantage of the two shared hot tubs on the property or soak in the deep tub in privacy in the main bathroom.
