Our home has been beautifully remodeled with cozy common areas for entertaining family and friends. The beautifully decorated space and well stocked kitchen will leave you wanting for nothing. Convenient, safe and clean, you can get anywhere in KC quickly.
Everything has been modernized while care was taken to ensure that all character was preserved. Up to date appliances, thoughtfully appointed kitchen supplies, and careful decorating makes this a top notch property.
Minutes from local restaurants, parks located in one of Kansas City's neighborhood gem, Waldo. Easy access to major highways, downtown KC, shopping and all of KC's attractions. It is also WIFI equipped and has a flat screen ROKU TV with access to your favorite streaming channels with your own login.

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
