Escape to this stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom accommodates up to 18 guests. Conveniently located just a short drive from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, and a variety of shops and restaurants. Take in bay views from the second-floor balcony, complete with a hammock and two chairs. Enjoy cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen or fire up the BBQ grill. The backyard is fully fenced and features a pool, cornhole, and plenty of outdoor seating.
The Space:
This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. You will enter through the front door into a spacious entryway. The dining room and kitchen are to your right. The laundry room is also right off the dining room! There is outdoor access through the kitchen. From the entry to your left, is the living room. Right off of the living room you will find 1 bedroom with a queen bed and the master bedroom and bath. From the master bedroom, you have stunning pool views and access through a french door. On the other side of the master bedroom is a patio with a sitting area. Through the other hallway, you will find a full bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms. Upstairs is a media room with a pull out sofa. You will also find the bunk space that is perfect for kids! Off of the media room is the outdoor balcony that has bay views, hammock and chairs!
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!
Please note: the pool is open from May 1 to October 1 and is not heated.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a dog friendly home, 2 dogs MAX. No cats are allowed at this property. Dog must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $150 non-refundable fee per dog. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
