California King in the master and a Queen, with a desk in the second bedroom, with linens and towels provided. 3 TVs, cable/wifi, security system, a fully stocked kitchen and the usual beachside supplies are included. A new full-size washing machine and dryer are inside the unit. A large pool, tennis and Pickleball Court, community room, and grills under tiki huts are available on the premises. Come and enjoy this quaint and cheerful paradise. A leisurely 7-minute stroll to a public beach access point. Rental includes one reserved parking spot, plus multiple guest parking spots. Note-This is a second-floor walk-up unit with no elevator. There are electric hurricane/storm shutters and impact resistant sliders. This condo had no damage from Hurricane Ian.
