Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 4 bedroom, 3 bath mid-century modern ranch style Palm Springs vacation home that was originally built in 1962 and has been professionally decorated by Grace Home Furnishings to be a hip Palm Springs escape: Grace Home Furnishings style combines East Coast refinement and Old Hollywood glamour with the comfort and ease of Southern California living.
Located in the historic Indian Canyons Golf Resort neighborhood, this 2,568 sq ft vacation home features resort amenities including a large kidney-shaped pool, bubbling spa, cactus garden with large fire pit, covered patio with outdoor seating, four colorful lounge chairs, two umbrellas (not shown), built-in gas grill, citrus trees, oversized lot and much more. In addition, two King beds, a 65'' TV in the living room, modern furniture and a sunny interior create the ideal Palm Springs experience.
The spacious master suite features an en suite bath with tile floors, double sink vanity, walk-in shower and spa-like feel. The spacious bedroom has a king bed, 600- thread count Egyptian cotton linens, 48'' TV, huge walk-in closet, desk,chair and black- out drapes that reveal an amazing mountain view.
The three guest bedrooms are all very similar in design. Each has two nightstands with designer lamps, spacious closets, bed with upholstered headboards and 600 thread count linens. The difference between the bedrooms is that they each have their own color scheme.
The orange bedroom, like the master, has a king size bed, TV, large windows and glass door to the backyard. The spa is just steps away from the door of this comfortable suite and so is one of the other two bathrooms. This bathroom, by the way, has a walk-in shower.
The green bedroom, or green room for those of you in the entertainment industry, has a queen size bed, window with mountain view and a desk and chair to get some work done if need be. The blue bedroom also has a queen size bed and a large window that lets the Palm Springs sunshine stream in. The green and blue bedrooms share an updated bathroom with tub/shower.
The main living area of the house is an open floor plan that encompasses a large living room, dining room and kitchen that opens onto the pool, spa and expansive backyard with commanding views of the mountains.
The living room is modern yet comfortable and cozy. The crescent-shaped couch and swivel chairs can accommodate eight in front of a 65'' TV with Netflix and DVR. The adjacent dining room seats six in comfortable and stylish chairs. Sunshine pours into both rooms bathing them in natural light.
The kitchen itself is beautifully laid out for the gourmet cook. For Coffee, it has a drip and Keurig coffee maker. Featuring a 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator (with ice-maker). No worries about what to cook or bake with as all the pots and pans that are by Cuisinart, plus additional kitchen appliances that include a Kitchenaid stand mixer, a blender (perfect for margarita?s!), food processor, as well as a selection of cook books (just in case you need a little inspiration).
This Palm Springs vacation home is located on almost 1/3 of an acre and overlooks the 8th hole of the north course at Indian Canyons Golf Resort. From the backyard, you will enjoy mountain views to your South, East and West.
