This beautiful 5 Star rated custom 3 story home located in a prime location on Avalon, just steps away from the award winning and most sought after 39th street beaches, the best on the island and in New Jersey. Short walk to center of town. Our Home offers 6 decks and wonderful ocean views from our 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Enjoy beautiful Sunrises. Open and Airy floor plan, very spacious and perfect for your family vacation. The backyard fully fenced and has a full deck. The master bedroom suite is on the third floor and has a private deck with ocean views. The master bath is marble and has a whirlpool tub.
All 4 bedrooms are large and comfortable. There is a large family room on the 1st floor with a wet bar. Also on the 1st floor is a large private bedroom and a full bath. The 2nd floor offers a large living room, the kitchen and dining area make for a great gathering area. Also on the second floor are two bedrooms, full bath and a powder room.
We have all the amenities and the comforts of home for your enjoyment. Wireless internet and cable TV throughout the house, TV's in each bedroom, 2 Living Rooms.
