This spacious 3BR/2BA condo offers a lot of fun and enjoyable space and has a private balcony and washer and dryer for your convivence! With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and another guest bedroom with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, this lovely condo sleeps 7 guests comfortably. The complex has been recently updated and features a community pool, outdoor grilling area, tanning deck, and picnic area. Centrally located in the heart of Destin, this condo is close to all the great activities including the Destin Harbor, Big Kahuna's water park, local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! The 3-story, low-rise complex is centrally located in Destin, so you can leave the car parked all week and enjoy the community pool, grilling area, close proximity to Big Kahuna's water park, shopping, restaurants, and more! You can't beat the convenience and affordability of St. Martin Beachwalk Villas! Please note, this complex does not have an elevator.
