Inside, every room has a relaxed, cozy feel to it that makes you want to kick back on your beach vacation. Open concept living area/kitchen/dining space at the center of the house. Squashy sectional couch and 55'' TV, perfect for movie nights. Plenty of board games and a basket full of kids toys stored nearby to break out when needed. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, new stove, toaster oven, and everything you need to whip up family dinners. Bar seating for 4 and additional dining seating for up to 6.
2 bedrooms on the first floor, near the full bathroom. ''Teen Bedroom'' has a daybed (twin mattress) with trundle bed underneath (twin mattress), wall hooks and large drawers for storage. ''Grandma's Room'' has a Queen-sized bed, closet, seating, and faces the front of the house for lots of light. The full bathroom has shower/tub combo, linen closet, new flooring and new paint.
Additional 2 bedrooms upstairs with a half bathroom. ''Kids Bunk Room'' is HUGE with brand new hardwood flooring, 3 twin beds, 1 Double bed, Nightstands for all and a Large Closet, plus big comfy chair for hanging. ''Parent's Room'' is right across the hall, and is also very large running front to back of the house. Queen bed, Dresser, Closet, Large Chair and a Half, Nightstands and TV w/ Roku.
Large half bathroom upstairs has new flooring and storage.
The basement has laundry and a full-sized Ping Pong table - perfect for those rainy days! Additional bamboo couch seating, rec room style.
