The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed with pillow top mattress and bunk beds. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top mattress and a bunk bed loft with full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. There are two living rooms in the home one on the upper floor and the other on the main floor. The additional living room makes a great second hangout for the kids to enjoy! The main living room area, kitchen and dining room is 25 x 30 (750’), offering lots of space for relaxation with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. There is even a stone fireplace! A ping pong table is located in the third stall garage for some extra fun.
The home has its own, private heated pool! You will find two large decks overlooking the backyard and pool area.
The beach is just two blocks from the house. Guests have easy access to beach via tram. The tram is like an elevator it starts at top of bluff and drops you off at beach.
