Positive: Love the PP. Our favorite place to stay.

Negative: Not being able to check in until 4 to 6 pm. Went by the office around 1130 am the day we arrived. Asked for a call if room was ready before hand. Never received a call. At 5 pm we went to the office and everything was ready. Just seems extremely late to be able to get in the room you pay for.
