The beautiful master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and 3/4 bath. The main living area is bright with not only front and back windows, but side windows; no unit above this unit so not only bright but quiet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a large walk-in closet and is close to the unit's second full bath. The den also has a trundle bed (2 twin beds). Unit provides for a breakfast nook and main eating area. There are three televisions (main area, master bedroom, and den) with cable. We also have a sit-stand desk for those working remote. Internet access is provided. Minimum of one month rental and transfer fee of $375 provides occupants at same address full access to all amenities including golf, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center and various pools.
