Lovely view out to Burnt Island & Monhegan. Convenient & beautiful holiday house for a couple or small family. Large, 1 & a half story family room w/sitting & dining areas, & queen size sofa bed. 2 bedrooms--1 w/double bed & other a loft style room suitable for a child. 1 full bathroom & fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher. Fully furnished w/all linens & kitchen equipment. 1 & a half hours drive north from Portland Airport. Tennis, row boating in Maple Juice Cove on opposite side of property. Good area for sailing, kayaking, or canoeing. 15 minutes by boat to Port Clyde. 20 minutes to Rockland museums, shops, movie theaters, & fine restaurants. Hiking in nearby Camden Hills. Several small grocery store nearby & 2 large supermarkets in Rockland.
