Our place includes two SECOND FLOOR bedrooms and an upstairs full bathroom. We insulated the walls so that they are as soundproofed as possible. Our PRIVATE BOAT SLIP (10K LB capacity) is available as an optional add-on for guests who wish to bring or rent a boat during their stay. Located conveniently at our property (you can see our slip from the back patio), it allows for quick and easy access to Boca Grande Pass -- known as the TARPON CAPITAL OF THE WORLD -- as well as nearby islands, sandbars and waterfront dining. You won't have the bother of a separate marina.

We have a Washer/Dryer and ALL NEW modern appliances. The front entry lanai closet is stocked with pool, beach & fishing essentials as well as various sports items.
The inside "under stairs" game closet has a great variety of games/puzzles, etc... for when those brief afternoon rain showers occur. Or you can watch the afternoon rain come in over the water ... better than TV!
THE SUNRISES & SUNSETS are unmatched and are different every day! You can see the sunsets from our front lanais or walk downstairs and over to the beach area by the seawall (bring a chair and a cocktail). The sunrises … just look out the back sliders/back patio… breathtaking! THE DOCK is a great place to fish from if you don't have a boat. Also a lovely place for a little evening stroll as the views are absolutely beautiful at night.
