FLOOR PLAN. The entry introduces a house of thick adobe walls at every turn. To the right a master suite, straight ahead is the living room, to the left is the kitchen and dining room. It is all very efficient for its generous size of rooms. The light-filled library connects the guest wing and media room stretching to the south end of the home. The layout accommodates a cozy stay for two or lots of family and friends, all in comfort and privacy.
LOCATION. If you like to walk, you will love this location. Walk down the hill 15 min to Canyon Road where some of our best restaurants reside. Continue down Canyon and up the hill to make a full circle in this enchanting neighborhood. You are never more than 15 minutes from anywhere in town and if you get too relaxed to walk, just UBER back.

TRUTH BE TOLD. “After traveling for the past 7 months we were ready to settle in and we found the perfect house in the perfect Santa Fe location. We thought we wanted a view but the paled once we saw the gardens. The house was charming and exceeded all our expectations. We loved the simple elegance. And the location was so close to everything. We walked down to Canyon Road for coffee at the Tea House and dinner at Geronimo’s, on to the Plaza for cocktails at our favorite haunts....there is always UBER to bring you home. Our stay was a huge success and thanks to all that made it happen. We will be back!”
