This summer, escape to a completely renovated, dog-friendly, single-family home in the heart of Ocean City, where the beach is less than a third of a mile from your front door.
Few stand-alone homes enjoy the convenience that this one does, in a charming bayside neighborhood off 87th Street with sidewalks and quiet roads for safe walks and bike rides. The beach is 0.3 miles west (with a stoplight and a crosswalk guiding the way) and the bayshore is less than a block south, offering a community pier with terrific sunset views.
Inside, this renovated, single-level beach home has been lovingly furnished with the guest in mind. You'll be one of the first to enjoy brand new floors, new furnishings, and an entirely remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. As the swimsuits and beach towels spin in the washer/dryer each afternoon, you can unwind in one of two sitting areas with flatscreen TVs or head out back to soak up a bit more sun in the backyard. This fenced outdoor space is a wonderful spot for your dogs to stretch their legs, offering a furnished patio for outdoor dining, a gas grill, and even kayaks to take out on the water.
In this quiet setting, Ocean City's fun and excitement are still right at your fingertips. Many great shops, activities, and restaurants are within walking distance, including Lombardi's Pizza, Liquid Assets, and Blue Fish. The playground and tennis and basketball courts at 94th Street Park are at the end of the road, while beautiful Northside Park - home to a bayfront fishing pier, a playground, ball fields, a picnic area, and countless events throughout the year - is less than two miles north. All of this and you're just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
