The large side deck connecting to the pool includes an outdoor dining table, and a gazebo for enjoying your time outdoors with your group.
Inside, you'll find a welcoming and wonderfully updated interior with lots of natural light. Living room furniture that is perfect for hosting a movie night or a Netflix marathon on the smart TV. The open floor plan is excellent for conversing and having fun with your group. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals or on-the-go snacks in the custom-built full kitchen, complete with granite, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, sound dock, new pots, pans, and kitchen utensils, and windows to watch into the game room or pool. Everyone will love challenging each other in the game room, which boasts a granite, custom-built two-level bar, dartboard, foosball table, and a 180-degree view of the pool and backyard.
