Half acre of hilly fenced backyard with veggie garden, sheep, chicken and dogs, entertaining our little guests as they see through windows from the bedrooms upstairs. Natural Spring water creek flowing through the front yard has a fish pond, as it cuts part of the property making an island. Artistic wooden bridge allows our little guests to cross over into the island and view / catch little fish / tadpoles.
Huge flat lawn in the backyard has been serving as a venue for many events from weddings to receptions, with great decorations outdoors.
Front lawn serves as an overflow parking for at least 50 cars.

Have been hosting many groups of performers or attendees to many events in Nashville. Perfect getaway to stay away from hustle and bustle of Nashville downtown, but still close to many local restaurants and shopping.
