The terraced backyard offers a pleasing green space to enjoy the views and outdoors during the warmer months, while the fully enclosed porch provides the same stellar views with furnishings for three-season comfort. Eagles and other wildlife are common sights looking out towards the river. For a truly immersive experience, head four miles down the road to Riverside State Park to explore the trails and waterways around the Bowl and Pitcher Area. Downtown Spokane and Gonzaga University are each within a six-mile radius.
A wood stove, an array of comfortable seating options, and a TV welcome cozy comfort in the main-floor living area. A downstairs den area also includes a wood stove, along with a card table for family game nights. The full kitchen is equipped for family-style meal planning.
