We also provide your choice of two breakfast items to get your stay started:

Other things to note:
We have a strict no-party policy - violations will result in immediate removal (I am always happy to discuss any small gatherings before your booking to see if we can accommodate!). We do have exterior security cameras & noise sensors for security purposes.
Various animals can be found intermittently on property including but not limited to frogs, snakes & bats. Harmless bugs such as box elder bugs, lady beetles and stink bugs occasionally make their way into the house, depending on the season and weather.
Gas fireplace in basement available. NO fires in main level wood burning fireplace per homeowners insurance.
There is a soffit in a small part of the basement, just FYI in case you are very tall!
Exterior furnishings and game room are available May 1 - October 15. NO OUTDOOR FIRES beyond this window, as the exterior water is shut off and there is increased fire risk.
