Our 1BR/1 bath condo in Snowshoe Mountain Lodge is fully furnished, There is a queen bed and lighted vanity area in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate your family. A fully-stocked kitchen provides all utensils and our in-house housekeeping staff can fill all your needs. Towels and linens are provided at the beginning of your stay. We do not provide daily towel/linen exchange.
In the summer months, we have installed a portable air conditioning in the unit, to cool down after a great day on the trails. Most days and nights at Snowshoe don’t require A/C, but a quick cool down during the few warm days at the top of the mountain is great.
Mountain Lodge is in the village area, yet you pay a lot less for a lot larger place. For less than the price of a small efficiency, you'll get more space in Mountain Lodge than any other 1-br unit in the village, and we've updated everything to make your stay a great time.
Our condo has easy access to slopes (and our private parking lot). It's a short walk out to the village for dining and shopping year-round. Starbucks is just a few steps outside the lodge. Free in-room wifi puts the morning ski report (and summer fun schedules) at your fingertips. Easy check-in at our 24/7 front desk makes it easy to start your vacation.
The unit is ski in/ski out (or bike in/out), with bike or snow equipment storage lockers available at the lodge entrance, just steps away from the Ballhooter lift.
We provide an easy-living space. We provide comfortable (not cheap plastic) bedbug covers on all beds, so travelers can feel at ease. The no pets/no smoking policy provides our guests with a fresh room every time. In the summer, bikes are not allowed in the Lodge, to help keep it clean.
The large open lobby with the huge fireplace is a great gathering place. A game room, small kids play area, and fitness equipment give Mountain Lodge families lots of choices. Quiet hours after 10PM allow our guests a relaxed way to get ready for next day's actiivities. We have a new Glice-skating rink inside for those inclement days, or when you want to relax off slope, open thru early evenings. Rentals can be arranged at our front desk at 304-572-2020.
We are just a short walk to the Split Rock Pools. However, there is currently a daily fee charged for their use.
We’ve had all new siding, windows, and sliding glass doors (leading out to new balconies) installed, so the room will feel cozy and warm in the winter.
