The large main bedroom with a queen bed, a gas fireplace, and a full bath is conveniently located on the first floor adjacent to a comfortably furnished Sun Room. The marble-floor foyer opens into a exquisite sun-lit living room with a vaulted ceiling which flows into a cozy family room with remote controlled gas fireplace, breakfast nook and eat-in-kitchen. The powder room is adjacent to the foyer.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 Full, 2 x 2 Twin beds) all accessing a large full bath with a walk-in cedar closet. Upstairs also features a lofted living room area and balcony. Both family rooms and master bedroom come equipped with HDTV's - with access to streaming YouTube TV included. Home is set up for high-speed Verizon Wifi & Sonos sound system.
HVAC is two-zone with dehumidifier.
The Family Room slider opens out into a hardwood deck and tree lined backyard, assuring a high degree of privacy. Private outdoor shower with hot/cold running water.
5 bikes & helmets are available for use, and 4 season pass beach badges are also included for summer stays (free beach access for kids under 12 ). Two beach umbrellas and 6 beach chairs are provided.
The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars, and on-street parking is ample, free, and readily available throughout the year.
NOTE: This house is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. The Owner & her family have a summer house next door (there is tree-line privacy between homes). If you are looking for a house to host parties, events, etc. please keep looking elsewhere!
