In light of current events, we are working around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike standard hotel practice, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and laundering them between guests. The cleaning procedure follows that of the VRBO cleaning checklist which includes a full sterilized cleaning process (door knobs, hand rails, appliances, etc) all while wearing a protective mask. Settings are set to give a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. The foot traffic in the marina is very light. With all that said, please book at your own discretion, as you would anywhere else. Carefully designed lights and colors, create a quiet and refined atmosphere, ideal for restoring and starting out for a stroll along the promenade and around the Marina.
The thoughtfully curated living room offers two inviting couches and a designer glass table to gather around for a movie night or simply to relax after a day at the beach. The couch can also be used to sleep an additional guest. The spacious kitchen with everything from cookware trough silverware to appliances offers the opportunity to prepare your own meal, while the industrial table, chairs, and bench in the dining area of the living room have enough seating space for everyone who wants to take part in devouring it. Extra chairs are also available.
The master bedroom has a California king size bed, plenty of space and a big stylish private bathroom.
A further bedroom offers a queen size bed, big closet, and an amazing view.
The third bedroom is an open space next to the living room offering a queen size bed and the most astonishing panorama of LA and the marina - the owner’s personal favorite. An additional bathroom with shower is available.

Additional rules:
• Check-in is 4PM or later.
• Smoking: This building is a 100% smoke-free building; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other habitable areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we strongly suggest considering another property. Evidence of smoking will result in complete forfeiture of your security deposit and the inability to book with us again in any location in the future.
• Events & Gatherings: We have a zero-tolerance policy with respect to noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort are strictly forbidden. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are enforced from 10PM-8AM. Security are on each floor every hour. If they suspect a party going on with loud music will result in complete forfeiture of your security deposit and the inability to book with us again in any location in the future.
• Damage: We understand accidents happen, we require all guests inform us if anything is damaged or broken during their stay. Fees may apply, but more importantly we want to solve the problem for our future guests.
• Please, no open flames. This includes all candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, cigars,
