This pleasant home was built and finished in the fall of 2007. It is located on the desirable Back Shore Road in Round Pond. The site was carefully chosen to ensure sunlight at all times of the day. There are woods on all sides, yet the neighbors are close by. It is just a three minute walk to Round Pond Harbor restaurant and two lobster pounds. There is a general store, gift shop and coffee shop less than a mile away. Back Shore road is a great flat road for walking. Side deck off dining room and kitchen offers additional outside living. Front porch with wooden rockers recall a time less hectic. Beautifully decorated with interesting pieces and each room with an original oil painting bythe artist/owner.

Summary: We stayed at Seacrest in mid August - that is my husband and I and our daughter’s family. What a comfortable home! It is spacious and provides all the amenities one could want. Our grandchildren (ages 4 and 1 1/2) enjoyed the big front porch and riding their bikes in the driveway area. It is quiet - tucked into a wooded area where we heard an owl at night and the morning song of various birds. Seacrest was easy to find and the process of checking in and out could not have been easier. We enjoyed meals on the deck and also inside on rainy days- plenty of room for all around the table. There’s a great selection of games-we enjoyed Bird Bingo! Round Pond is a quiet quaint small town with a General Store and beautiful harbor.
