There is one bedroom with 1 Queen; one bedroom with 1 Queen & 1 Twin Bed; and a futon sofa for an extra (not the best for long-term sleeping unless for a child). NO TAXES required on 30-days or longer rentals! Well-behaved dog upon approval for extra $100/month. One dog maximum.
