The golf course is currently closed due to it being sold. Guests still have the view of the golf course but would be unable to play golf. The nearest course is less that 10 miles from the home.
The pool is heated, but additional instructions/notes will be provided. An additional fee of $300 will be required if you would like to include pool heat during winter seasons. Payment will be process at check-in.
The pool depth is 3’ to 6’ at the deep end.
Guest is required to sign Renter’s Agreement.
Security deposit required of $300. Deposit to be processed by Host on Guest's credit card. This will be a temporary hold against the Guest’s credit card, that will be processed 3-days before check-in and released 7 days after check-out
