Make yourself at home in this updated and cozy 1-BR Snowshoe retreat in centrally located Shamrock. This home features a comfy living room with wood burning fireplace, queen pullout sofa and board games. With a well equipped large kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and washer/dryer, you’ll have everything you need to hit the slopes or enjoy all Snowshoe has to offer. This property is the ideal base for your getaway for 4 people and your well behaved dog. At the Lucky Hare you'll feel lucky.
We just purchased this property which was a dream come true for us. We channeled every experience we have ever had with short term rentals, the good and bad, to create a place that we would want to stay ourselves. We never want to go home after staying here.
The mud room is ready to drop off your gear and hang your coats. Come into the large kitchen with all brand new appliances. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you have forgotten the essentials such as flour, sugar and spices, do not worry, we got you.
The living room is so cozy with a fireplace...wood included. Enjoy the comfy sofa that pulls out to a queen size bed. I love the hints of Après Ski adventures we had in Geneva and France.
Upstairs you will find the one bedroom with the most comfortable queen bed. There is also a spacious bathroom and closet to store your gear.
The property is located right next to Red Spruce and Whistlepunk. It is a five minute walk to Tuques, Corduroy Inn, the Pizza Slice and Appalachia Kitchen. Just a few more minutes to the village.
Ski-Out Connector during peak season. And there is a Shuttle Stop at Shamrock to scoop you up. I love that this neighborhood has so many amenities such as a basketball, pickleball and tennis court. There is a playground and a gas firepit to relax around. There are bbq grills available also.
It is a one minute walk across the parking lot to the ski slope. Just jump on the Shamrock slope and you are going. Make sure you grab your ski passes early.
