Our fully furnished apartment features exposed brick, breakfast seating for two, one full-bath with a rain fall shower head, and a king size bed. The perfect place for a couple or solo traveler, bonus amenities include in-house laundry and complimentary coffee. The kitchenette provides a Keurig Coffee Maker and microwave for simple meal preparations. Please note: NO SMOKING of any kind. This is strictly enforced.
Heading out? We are in a prime location to walk to many Denver hot spots! We are one block away from Colfax where there are numerous bars, restaurants, coffee spots & a Sprouts Grocery Store. Wanting an area a little more quaint? Take the 5 minute walk to 12th Ave where you could find a small business district with a boutique shop called Wildflowers, The French Press and Umbrella Cafe, Ice Cream, Blue Pan Pizza (A Denver FAVORITE!) and more! City Park, Denver Zoo, and Denver's Nature and Science are less than a mile away.

Many restaurants & shops in walking distance. A car is not necessary for this location but we do recommend a car for exploring the greater Denver area. Uber/Lyft would also be sufficient as well.

There is street parking only which is easily accessible directly in front of the house.
The unit has AC, but you will not have access to the thermostat during your stay. The temperature is kept at 72. Baseboard heaters temperature can be controlled in the unit for heat.

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.
