In a protected cove with a large dock and approx. 99 feet of beach frontage. The main floor has an open floor plan that leads directly onto a great deck with views of the water and beach. There is one bedroom with a queen and a full bath on the main floor. The lower level has a queen bedroom and a bunkroom. The bunk room has a bunk bed with 2 Queen beds and a trundle twin bed. There is also an additional King mattress that can be used in the bunkbed room. The lower level also has an additional sitting area, bar area, and a half bath with a washer and dryer. The main bedroom/main bath suite on the upper level has a king and queen bed and a slider to a balcony. The landscaping and stonework is a great bonus. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 FEE
