The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and stunning waterfront views from the balcony and patio. This newly built two story home offers a spacious getaway perfect for spending quality time with family and friends while on vacation! The kitchen is a culinary dream, with everything you need to masterfully create meals. Prepare anything from simple beach snacks to full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with four seven counter stools. The oversized pantry is large enough to store with all the items you’ll need for the week and more! The large farmhouse table is great for both dining or an evening of board games. Speaking of games, there are plenty of games to keep everyone entertained!
Outside, there's a furnished balcony on the second floor and a furnished patio on the lower level. For sleeping arrangements, on the top level you will find the master suite with a king size bed, stunning walk-in shower and double vanities - giving ample space to retreat. A separate retreat for guests is also located on this floor and features a king size bed with a separate bathroom. On the bottom floor are the three remaining bedrooms. The intimate bunkbeds tucked away in the study are a perfect place for kids to retreat after a full day at the beach! Adjacent to the bunkroom are the final two guest rooms both with a Queen-sized bed and a walk out to the patio, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset! On this floor you will also find another spacious bathroom, the laundry room with a washer and dryer, and storage galore!
