Lovely 12 year old completely accessible, open and sunny, home sleeping 10 on first and second floor plus a finished basement with two bedrooms and a bath (available as necessary and only upon request for large groups- no heat) . First floor master with roll in shower and second bedroom with hall bathroom. On the second floor, one bedroom with two twins and one with a queen and a set of bunks. In the basement, one bedroom with a queen and another with a bunk. Classic cedar shake style with wood stove, hardwoods throughout, air and heat as well as screened in porch and outdoor shower. Solar and Geothermal. Three mile lovely bike ride, drive or walk to the beach. Close to wonderful beaches, woods/hiking, dining, biking! What more could you want! .
