Escape to this elegant and comfortable house in picturesque Boulder. It is the perfect combination of comfort and and style, with an open floor plan that allows for maximum socializing with family and friends. With breathtaking mountain views and multiple trails and parks right out the door, this is a true mountain oasis. It's only three miles from Pearl Street, and near local coffee shops and restaurants in North Boulder. The open, modern chef's kitchen seats six at the bar, with an indoor dining area for 10 attached. There is also outdoor seating for 10 right off the kitchen. The adjacent sunny living area has a large flatscreen TV and large sectional couch.
There is a separate office off the living room for maximum privacy. Upstairs there is another living area with a couch and seating, as well as a second work desk that overlooks the mountains. There is also a ping pong table for some competitive fun! The basement has a large sectional and another large TV as well as a wet bar, and leads out to the patio. It has a cupboard of board games, puzzles and kids toys.
The primary bedroom is on the mail floor with a king bed, walk-in closet and an elegant ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and large, walk-in shower.
Upstairs there are two king bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. One of the king rooms can be turned into two twins with an advanced request.
The 'kids rooms' share a jack-and-jill bathroom. One has two twins pushed together to make a king, but can easily be separated. The second bedroom has a queen bed. All the bedrooms are large and very comfortable, with fluffy towels and soft sheets. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay. Every bedroom has blackout sheets as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with a large kitchen island that seats six, dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, walk-in pantry, dishware/flatware, and spices.
There is a fenced in yard and outdoor lounge with firepit and chairs for pre-dinner cocktails or post-dinner s'mores.
