To ensure a peaceful environment and be respectful to our neighbors, we kindly ask that you follow these requests:
Check-In Time: Your check-in begins at 3:00 PM. The door will be unlocked upon your arrival, and the keys will be waiting for you on the countertop for your convenience.
Outdoor Lounging: If you'd like to relax outside, we kindly ask that you use the back porch instead of the front.
Security System: For your safety, we have a security system in place. Please avoid answering the doorbell unless you’re expecting a delivery or visitors, as we can speak to visitors directly via the system.
Guest Policy: If you’re inviting friends or family to the home, please let us know how many guests are coming and if they’ll be staying the night. There is a small fee per person for overnight guests beyond 10 people.
Room Keys: There are no individual keys for room doors. For simplicity, we hold a master key that works for all rooms.
Back Porch for Guests (Not the Backyard): We want both you and our family to fully enjoy privacy during your stay. The back porch is designed for your relaxation and gatherings, while the backyard is reserved for our use, the groundskeeper reside on the basement level. If you’re spending time outdoors, especially with children or pets, please be mindful as there are no gates, so we kindly ask that you keep a close eye on them for their safety. The back porch offers a wonderful space for family events and quiet retreats, and we kindly ask that you keep noise levels in check to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
