Our home accomodates a family, families, groups, long term and short term travelers. With our open floorplan there is plenty of space inside and outside of our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home for any occasion. We are centrally located and just minutes to: casinos, steps to the river, lake, parks, shopping, restaurants, local events, and more. This home has a lot of parking for outdoor/ recreational use vehicles and watercrafts, a stocked kitchen, dining area, backyard with BBQ, pull out bed in living room, 2 queen rooms, and a room with bunk beds. Includes wifi with roku smart tv, DVD's, games, popcorn and sno-cone machines.
Easy access to casinos/resorts in Laughlin which are 7.3 miles away, about a 15 to 20 mins. drive.
We are 3 neighborhood streets away from the river and some ramps, walking distance of about 5 minutes or a 1 minute drive. If you are looking to launch a water craft into the river, rotary park is the best bet, but there are several in the neighborhood at the end of the streets.
The lake is 12 miles and about 20 to 25 mins away, that is specific to a place called "Catherine's Landing".
There are countless restaurants of all kinds surrounding the area as well as shopping and all sorts of events in Bullhead and Laughlin.
