The house is located next door to the Emlen Physick Estate on historic Washington Street, convenient for all the main attractions in Cape May. The house has dual zone Central a/c, high speed internet and wi-fi, Roku/Sling enabled televisions in all bedrooms and family room. The house has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. There are six large bedrooms (two with King beds, three with Queens and one with four single beds), four full bathrooms, the living room can be converted to additional sleeping space with a comfortable Murphy Chest Queen bed. The first floor includes a spacious entrance hall, an attractive living room with gas fire and comfortable seating and a beautiful dining room with a table that can easily be extended to seat 14. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, dishwasher, microwave, French door refrigerator and breakfast bar. The kitchen flows into the family room where you can relax and play one of our many board games or adjourn to the sun room and have a drink or read a book whilst enjoying the views of the landscaped rear garden. The first floor also includes a full bathroom. There are two front porches to sit and watch the world go by on Washington Street. The second floor includes the extra large master bedroom, adjoining bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi bath as well as walk in closet. Three further beautifully presented bedrooms, a full bathroom and separate laundry room provide ample space for large families or groups. The lower level includes a Queen bedroom, a larger bedroom with three singles and a trundle bed plus a full bathroom. There is ample parking for 4 cars plus garage to store bikes/beach equipment and free street parking. The garage is equipped with a NEMA 14-50 receptacle for EV charging. The rear of the house provides privacy and a brick paved patio with grill and outdoor seating for 12 people plus an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. The house is equipped with electronic locks, so no worries about losing keys. A beach box at Jefferson Beach and 10 commercial beach tags are provided. Pets are restricted to one dog only under 40 lbs, over 2 years old! $250 PET FEE. The yard is NOT fenced in. ***ATTN VRBO GUESTS: Service Fee (STRICTLY a VRBO Fee) is not charged by Homestead.
