This spacious 3 bedroom/1.5 bath house is located in the quiet Richmond Beach, Shoreline neighborhood just a few minutes north of Seattle. Enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound and the Olympic mountains. Walk to the Richmond Beach Saltwater Park, restaurants, stores, a coffee shop, public tennis courts, a library, and several parks and playgrounds. Relax in the large yard and enjoy the fire pit, charcoal grill and gazebo. There is also a play area outside for the kids with swings, a climbing dome, a sandbox, and chairs.
Inside the house is an open kitchen, dining, and living room area on the second floor with large windows perfect for enjoying the views. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to make gourmet meals including blenders, food processors, and an assortment of pots and pans. We offer a French press, a pour over coffee dripper, and a cold press maker. In the living area, there is a TV equipped with an Xfinity flex, which is similar to a Roku or Apple TV.
One full bathroom and two bedrooms are also upstairs. A King size bed is in one room and a twin bed with a trundle is in the other.
Downstairs, there is a half bathroom, a laundry area, and a large bedroom with a desk, a couch, an arm chair, and another TV, equipped with a Roku. No stairs are needed to access the room and bathroom downstairs.
SUPPLIES
We provide towels, sheets, blankets, dish towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, dish soap, dish sponge, laundry detergent, hand soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and trash bags. We also provide, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, and coffee filters.
Dogs up to 20 lbs. are welcome, and there is an off-leash dog beach nearby in Edmonds. Dogs are also welcome at Richmond Beach Saltwater Park on-leash.
