Summary: 2 adults. 2 children under 2y/o. Disappointing overall. Renovated, ish. First room, a handful of issues. (Missing plug plate, 2 holes in wall with toilet paper shoved in them, moldy baseboard underneath sink.) Took photos. Front desk was very helpful and changed rooms. Customer service is great. Friendly and informative. The renovations were more like a bandaid. New furniture and bed spreads but still dirty otherwise. Carpet in hallway was heavily stained. This is budget hotel. Breakfast was lacking. Bagels, breads, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt. No proteins or fresh anything. Lots of moldy caulk areas at tubs, holes in wall where door stop should be. Hot water heater was just above warm at best. Winter time and heater was sometimes warm air and sometimes cold air. Which was terribly uncomfy. Don’t let the pictures fool you like it did us. It’s more along the lines of super 8 or econo lodge vibes. Comfy linens and bed. Streaming capabilities worked well. Convenient location. Friendly service. Affordable rates.
