Plenty of cabinet space with all that you need within a comfortable, one room, 231 square foot studio. New double (full) size pullout sofa bed. Side chair unfolds for lounging or for use as a twin bed.
You will be only a .3 mile walk to South Village Beach and 1 mile to West Dennis Beach and shops downtown. You will also be able to walk to the Swan River Restaurant and Fish Market. Just down the street are many restaurants and one of the biggest antique shops on Cape. Close to ice cream shops, mini golf, golf, whale and seal watching attractions. The cottage is on a quiet private/residents only short gravel road.
For your comfort, a brand new ceiling and window fans (no air conditioning) keep the room cool and gas heat keeps you warm in the Spring and Fall. A 2 burner stove top within the kitchenette is great for cooking lobsters in the pot provided and a new gas grill is available. WiFi, cable TV included, as well as 12 cup coffee pot, coffee, filters, blender, toaster oven and microwave.
Bath towels, beach towels, cooler, sheets, pillows, pillowcases, 2 beach chairs, 2 noodles, a utility cart and a beach umbrella are also available for your conveniences! Enjoy the large deck with seating for 4-6. The cottage is an end unit, located on the end of a dead end gravel drive, within 12 small cottages. This cottage overlooks private woods with a peekaboo view of the Swan River. You may sometimes see kayakers paddling by!
There is a no smoking policy that includes within 50 feet of the surrounding area. Must be 21 years or older to rent. No pets and no children allowed under the age of six, per association, and no air conditioning of any sort is allowed to be brought in, so the electrical stays up to code.
